Offer Agreement

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This offer agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public agreement and contains the terms of purchase and sale of goods through the online store of the brand "Not silent", owned by FOP Merkotan Anastasia (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

1.2. The terms of the agreement are mandatory for all Users who visit and make purchases through the website of the online store "Not silent".

1.3. The User who makes a purchase on the website of the online store "Not silent" agrees to the terms of this agreement.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Seller sells clothing and accessories from its brand "Not silent" through the online store.

2.2. The User can purchase goods on the website of the online store by placing an order and paying for the order according to the prices indicated on the website.

ORDER PLACEMENT

3.1. The order is placed by adding goods to the cart on the online store website and filling out the necessary forms.

3.2. The user is obliged to provide true and reliable information about himself to place the order.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

4.1. The cost of the order is indicated on the online store website.

4.2. Payment for the order is made in advance, online, using various payment systems available on the website.

4.3. The terms of delivery of the order are indicated on the website and may depend on the place of delivery and the selected delivery method.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the User with the opportunity to purchase goods through the online store "Not silent" in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

5.2. The User undertakes to pay the cost of the order within the time limit and in the manner specified in the agreement.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

6.1. The User has the right to refuse the purchase and return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with the law.

6.2. In the event of returning the goods, the User is obliged to cover the cost of return.

FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. This agreement is considered concluded from the moment the User places an order on the website of the online store "Not silent".

7.2. All changes and additions to this agreement are valid only if they are published on the website of the online store "Not silent".

7.3. In the event of disputes between the Parties, the Parties shall seek to resolve them by amicable agreement.

7.4. The Agreement is valid until the User makes a purchase on the website of the online store "Not silent".
